*PLEASE NOTE* that some items cannot be shipped to international addresses. These restrictions include such items as pressurized cans (e.g. aerosol cans), and hazardous materials (e.g. nail polish), products without NPN's, or banned substances in certain countries. Additional restrictions may apply to your destination; the MyUs.com website has a complete list of prohibited items for different countries. If the products purchased are prohibited in your country, you will be notified with confirmation and refund procedures.
Please note prior to ordering that we are not responsible if you purchase products that come from our US distribution and do not receive them. Please ensure the products you are purchasing are not prohibited or restricted in your country prior to purchasing.

The unauthorized reselling or distribution of Amped Nutrition (ampednutrition.ca) products is prohibited. Orders placed with the intention of exchanging money for product, are against Amped Nutrition's company policy and we have alerts in our system setup to identify such orders. Amped Nutrition (ampednutrition.ca) reserves the right to cancel any order, without prior notification to the customer. Obtaining a MyUS membership does not bypass this company policy. If you would like clarification on whether your order is considered “reselling”, please contact our Customer Service Department.
All products unopened may be returned for full refund. Defective products must be reported where it will be deemed if the product is to be returned for further inspection upon issuing refunds. If a product can not be returned in store it is to be return shipped at the buyers expense. All discounted / on sale items are final sale unless otherwise specified. Products unless marked specifically as short dated or with posted short dates will have a minimum of 3 months to expiry relative to the number of servings per container.
